Jeanne was a dancer for over 30 years and has been active in the fitness industry since 1993. She was a certified Jazzercise franchisee turned CrossFit Masters athlete and continues to make training a staple in her life. As a result, Jeanne is keenly aware and passionate about the importance of movement to overall health – particularly when injuries, illness, and aging limit the body’s ability to function optimally.
Jeanne was first introduced to Frederick Stretch Therapy (FST) in 1998 by its founder and CEO of Stretch to Win Institute, Ann Frederick. As one of Ann’s clients, she experienced firsthand the benefits of FST. After many years in the business world, Jeanne reconnected with Ann, took a leap of faith, and obtained her Level 1, 2, 3, and Sports-Specific FST certifications at Stretch to Win Institute. She opened Free Motion Stretch and joined the teaching team at Stretch to Win Institute in 2019 and has helped hundreds of clients and students learn and benefit from this therapy. Free Motion Stretch was born out of her passion to help others reduce pain, improve athletic performance, restore function, and live life more fully.

Bekah was a competitive gymnast growing up and her passion for health and fitness has grown stronger over the years. Stretching has always been a huge part of her routine and keenly noticed the difference in how she felt when she would stretch after a workout or long day on her feet vs. those days that she skipped it. Bekah incorporated yoga into her routine in her early 20’s, balancing out the more extreme sports of weightlifting, kickboxing, and indoor cycling. She quickly recognized the gains she was making in range of motion and dove headfirst into her practice of yoga, becoming a certified yoga teacher where she developed the understanding of fascia and the importance of reducing restrictions within the body’s fascial network. Through her yoga training and passion for fascia, she found Fascial Stretch Therapy and became certified at Stretch to Win Institute. Bekah’s mission is to help others move more freely in their bodies by improving blood flow and mobility while optimizing strength, flexibility, pain relief and performance.
We have created an alternative health & wellness practice that prioritizes trust and integrity over everything else because without it, we cannot fully help our clients and that’s what we are about – results.
At Free Motion Stretch, we believe in helping others move better and feel better so they can live life to the fullest. We also believe that movement is freedom – and while many of us take that for granted, the minute it changes, we become keenly aware of how it affects every aspect of our lives.
Domestically and globally, we believe in freedom of movement for all people and that no one should hinder another’s freedom for profit. As a company, we are passionate about stepping into the fight against modern-day slavery. Victims of human trafficking won’t ever have a chance at a full life if we don’t fight for them. If we don’t step in on their behalf, they will continue to be a commodity to be bought and sold. Free Motion Stretch donates a percentage of every session to fund counter-human trafficking efforts aimed at prevention, intervention, or aftercare. With every stretch session, you are helping us fight for others’ freedom of movement, and we thank you!
You will be emailed an intake form upon scheduling a session. If you have filled out that form ahead of time, please arrive 5 minutes before your session. If not, please arrive 15 minutes before your session to fill out the necessary paperwork.
We are respectful of everyone’s time – both our clients and our own. We understand that unexpected things happen, so if you are going to be late, please understand that your session will end at the time originally scheduled to end. Also, if we are late beginning your session, we will make up that time to you during your session.
We will go over your intake form together, discuss your goals, conduct range of motion, movement and postural assessments, and answer any questions you may have. Fascial stretch therapy is an assisted mobility and stretch therapy conducted primarily on a treatment table. These sessions are one on one and personalized to give you the best results possible. No session is exactly the same.
